Our warranty policy covers products purchased in-store and online.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to help if issues arise after you purchase from our website or stores. We will honour any genuine warranty claims but would kindly like to bring to your attention the notice below. We will not honour your claim if you have broken the item you purchased.

The following is in addition to the distance selling regulations.

Battery and accessory warranty – 28 days

Atomisers and coil warranty – 48 hours to inform dead on arrival/installation

Liquid warranty – Once opened no exchange / refund

Battery Cells - 28 days

Battery Chargers & Leads - 12 months

It is important to note your product warranty will not be honoured if any of the below apply:

  • Your product is broken/damaged/cracked/bent or malfunctions due to misuse.
  • The glass on your tank has broken. 
  • Over tightening of atomisers to batteries resulting in bent pins or atomisers stuck on batteries.
  • Failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Not using the correct equipment combinations.

It is important to remember that electronic cigarette products do not have a typical ‘One year warranty’ like you may find with items such as a television. This is because they are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage of the product. 

Exchanges (IN-STORE ONLY)

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. For example, breaking the packaging open on an atomiser and then filling with liquid classes the item as used. The same applies to battery units opened and charged up. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened E-Liquids, Drip Tips, opened coils and atomisers which have been filled with liquid cannot be returned. You will be offered store credit via a gift card, or you can exchange the item for another item in-store to the same value. 

Returns & Refunds (ONLINE ONLY)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The same applies to battery units opened and charged up. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened E-Liquids, Drip Tips, opened coils and atomisers which have been filled with liquid cannot be returned. Costs of returning items to us are covered by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. 

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

All the above is our Vape Town in-store and online policy. Should the manufacturer tell you otherwise that the item has a longer warranty period you will have to take up the repair or claim with them direct. Below are the main contact details for various manufacturers.
