Please add this product to your basket ONLY if you wish to vape your 50ml shortfill e-liquid at 6mg. If you wish to vape your liquid at 3mg you DO NOT need to buy this item in addition to your shortfill.

When buying this product you will receive only the below two items:

1 x 18mg Nic Shot

1 x Empty 75ml bottle

You will need to add the shortfill and nic shot purchased seperately into the empty bottle and the extra nic shot purchased here. This will result in 70ml of 6mg e-liquid.

Vape Town will only accept one purchase of this product for each 50ml shortfill purchase in your basket. If you order this item and do not purchase a shortfill product in equivalent quantities your order for this product will be cancelled and not processed.

Standard shipping times are below: 2ND CLASS TRACKED -  Normally 2-5 Working days to arrive. 1ST CLASS TRACKED- Normally 1-3 Working days to arrive. NEXT DAY by 9pm - This is a guaranteed delivery and will arrive next working day by 9pm. Please note that these orders are not sent out from us or normally delivered by Royal Mail on Saturdays or Sundays.

OUR PACKAGING

We use plain packaging for all orders. Our company name is not displayed or mentioned on orders. Our return address (does not mention our company name) , your address and standard Royal Mail label details you would expect are the only items on the package label.

WHEN DO WE SHIP ORDERS

All orders for in stock items received by 4pm are shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Where a public holiday falls on a weekday your item will be shipped the next available working day.  Royal Mail do not operate on public and bank holidays.

WILL YOU NOTIFY ME MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Once you have received 'your order has been shipped' email please rest assured your item is on its way. If you cannot see any emails from us please check your junk and spam email folders, the emails will be in there. The only exception to this is if you have had a typo when entering your email address on the order page.

I MAY NOT BE IN TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL

We package all orders in the smallest possible packets enabling the majority of orders to be posted through your letterbox. Royal Mail will text and email you when your order is out for delivery. If the package is too large for your letterbox Royal Mail may leave a card for you to take to your local sorting office. MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED

If your parcel has not arrived within the time frames above please email us at online@vapetown.co.uk. We allow upto 10 working days for packages to arrive before contacting Royal Mail. This is a reasonable time frame to allow your order to reach you. Please note that time eta's stated above are a guid and that 1st and 2nd class mail is not a guaranteed service. If your order is urgent please use the Next Day service.
